NLFR Championship

NLFR Championship Entry Rules
-Championship held right after the Millennium Futurity. Entry to Millennium Futurity not required.
-Points accumulated throughout the year from approved Futurities around the country.
- Top 64 Heifers and Top 32 Bulls in points will be invited to compete in the Head to Head Championship, following the Millennium Futurity for a large cash/prize in a bracket style tournament.*
- High Point Heifer & Bull from each eligible Futurity will be automatically invited to enter the Championship show.*
- In the event a Grand Champion is awarded, the Grand Champion will supersede the High Point in each eligible futurity.
- At minimum the 4 highest scoring animals at the Millennium Futurity will be eligible as a wildcard.*
- Wildcard as High Point Champion not in the Top 64 or 32 will fight for the 16 seed in each bracket.
- No Entry Fee per animal due prior to the start of the NLFR Championship Showdown for 2025.
- Each round will have a prize and cash will be added for the top 4 heifers/bulls.
- Champion Heifer & Bull will have a full page ad in the NLFR Calendar for 2027.
- Top Sire & Dam will be based off Total Points of offspring will receive a Full Page Ad in Trails and E-Drover.
- The High Point animals on the NLFR List will receive a first round bye in the tournament.
-NLFR High Point Heifer/Bull of the year will be on the cover of the NLFR Show Program that will go out in the January Trails
